If you would like your child to receive the first round of the Pzifer Covid vaccine, please turn in the COVID-19 consent form no later than Thursday to SCMHS. On Friday, the Seminole Co. Health Department will distribute the vaccine from 8:30-10:30am. We need to give them a head count ASAP!
