We will celebrate Halloween on Friday, October 29 at SCES and students will be permitted to dress up for Halloween. However, we do ask parents to adhere to a few guidelines in order to maintain the academic day as much as possible. This year, we will ask our students to dress up as their favorite book character or career choice they may want to be for the future. These characters may be a book character they have read about during the school year or past school years . We ask that students not wear masks or outfits that limit students' abilities to go to the restroom or perform normal student activities throughout the day. Costumes that are overly distracting or scary in nature are also not allowed. Thanks for your help in making this school year successful and enjoyable for all of our staff, students and families.

I am pleased to announce our Indians of the Week!
