The Georgia High School High Tech Program is a comprehensive community-based program providing youth a link to academic and career-development experiences that enable them to meet the workforce demands of the 21st century successfully. The program consists of state government agencies, school systems, non-profit organizations, community organizations, and the private sector working together to provide seamless services for students in the local community. These partners work closely together to identify and provide needed services for students that will help them succeed in the workforce. At this time, there are active High School High Tech Programs in over 50 high schools in Georgia. Each year, High School High Tech awards free laptops to deserving students. One of the winners this year is Kendall Turner of Seminole County High School. He will be attending the Savannah College or Art and Design in the fall. Congratulations Kendall!
